The first location of ‘La Pollería’ opened its doors in the emblematic Madrid neighborhood of Chueca.
Pedro Buerbaum rented a small store in an alleyway in the neighborhood, barely 11 square meters, and he himself made the furniture with wood found on the street. He set up his business with just 900 euros in his account. And he began to create the first 17-centimeter Cockwaffles.
The boom of La Pollería arrived from the first weekend with queues in the streets full of people looking for their Cockaffles.
In 2021 opened the first Cockery in London in the emblematic neighborhood of Soho, and since then its been a non stop journey making every client moist.
